The market of titanium in September kept sluggish, and the prices of raw materials, such as titanium slag prices moved down, and the downstream products like titanium products prices slipped down slightly. Most producers ran at low capacity with the heavy pressure of oversupply. Only prices of titanium tetrachloride went up against the quiet whole titanium market.
