Prices of welded pipe decreased this month and the demand from downstream industries remained soft in the traditional peak season in China. The market transaction was flat and traders were cautious about the coming market. However, according to the latest date in September this year, the purchasing managers' index (PMI) of China's went up to 0.1 to 50.2. As the national economy stabilizes and recovers, insiders deem that the demand is likely to release in October thus the price is likely to rebound next month.
