The domestic stainless scrap market performed slowly all through this month, while the price did not go down sharply supported by relatively low inventories. Not being confident of the coming market, most traders were cautious of supplementing inventories. The price of nickel showed signs of falling down in the fourth week, thus insiders deem the price of stainless scrap is likely to decline slightly in September.
