1. Financial overview
1.1 HSBC’ Manufacturing PMI of China in July declines to lowest for a consecutive eleven-month
According to data released on Thursday (August 1) by HSBC and Markit, final value of manufacturing PMI in July is 47.7, corresponding to starting value, which is the lowest record since August of last year and are under 50 for a consecutive 3 months . According to news release by Markit, final value of employment index rise slightly to 47 . 5, higher than the initial value of 47 . 3, but it has reached the lowest record since March of 2009 . Output index of July has been under 50 for a consecutive 2 months, which hits the lowest record for a consecutive 10 months; Index of new orders hits an 11-month low . According to the survey, both overseas and domestic market weakens, which slows down demand.
