Selenium market goes downward further in the first three weeks of July and then it rebounds strongly. Considering the raw material price is at the low level, selenium dioxide suppliers are eager to buy, which push up the prices in the first place and then suppliers of selenium and selenium dioxide are both reluctant to sell, waiting for higher prices, which is the main reason. More inquires from China make oversea suppliers hold back from selling. Tellurium prices continue to drop in July when refrigeration market is in off season and thin deals are made.
