Prices on raw materials for aluminum smelting decreased to some extent from the beginning of this year, and average power cost also went down, which made aluminum smelting production cost decrease. However, aluminum ingot price dropped obviously during this period of time. The smelters who did not have matching power plant sank into greater losses. The condition for the smelters with matching power plant even did not improved at all, because the price dropped more than the cost.
