Rare earth market remained flat in May and rare earth prices kept declining. Affected by abundant supply and soft prices, consumers continued to refrain from making purchases in bulk.
NdFeB magnets orders decreased slightly in May. Phosphor powder market failed to show any improvements in May and most plants just ran at 20-30% of production. Catalytic and polish powder industries were in low performance.
