The market of titanium in March kept slow, and the prices of raw materials, such as titanium ilmenite, titanium slag prices moved down. Most producers of titanium productions ran at low capacity with the heavy pressure of oversupply.
Some producers of titanium tetrachloride increased the price tentatively from Mid-April, but the concluded price did not go up accordingly. The market of titanium products kept slow with quiet purchase, and the price was in a low level.
Chinese ferrotitanium prices moved down greatly this month due to quiet purchase and most producers reduced the output as the demand from steel mills was very weak.
