After the Tomb-sweeping Day holiday, Chinese domestic HRC prices started to increase slightly on a national scale
. However, the releasing speed of downstream industries is still hard to support a continuous price increase . Furthermore, the growth rate of Chinese macro-economy is not as fast as expected . Under such a situation, lower list prices from steel mills, high production and piled stockpiles all present resistance for continuing increasing price trend in the near future . Therefore, analysts from Asian Metal think the price may turn to decreasing in the middle or late of the month.
