Prices of welded pipe decreased slightly this month though the demand from downstream customers was stronger than that in February, and the market was unsatisfactory. There was no good news from the NPC&CPPCC and the government will strengthen the regulation and control on the real estate market, so the coming steel market is unclear. With more and more projects resuming operation, the demand is likely to release gradually next month. In view of that, insiders deem that the price is likely to go up slightly next month.
