The attitude of participants in iron ore market changed radically along with big rises and falls of prices in Q1, 2013. Despite the positive sentiment after the Spring Festival, no positive new appeared in steel market after the NPC and CPPCC, and the issued of five new policies demonstrated the determination to regulate real estate industry, so domestic iron ore prices kept showing downturn trend since early March after a short-time rebound. Seeing the weak demand in the market, insiders were pessimistic about the market in April.
