Due to the long holiday for Chinese New Year, buyers from domestic and abroad users purchased more to stock inventories for Spring Festival, In the middle of the month, most participants entered a week-long or longer holiday and some smelters still insisted on production, while all the sale activities stopped. After the holiday, participants restarted business slowly and the silicon carbide market kept quiet as many users held a wait-and-see attitude and only sent enquiries but little concluded deals.
