1 Financial overview
1.1 <Price Index in 100 Cities in Feb 2013 in China Real Estate Index [3397.86 0.52%] System> issued by China Index Academy on March 1 indicated that: The average price of new house was RMB9,893/m2 in 100 cities in China, up by 0.83% compared to the previous year, and the price gained for consecutive 9 months since June in 2012, and the growth rate dipped by 0.17% since January. Prices gained in 74 cities and dipped in the rest 26 cities, all on month on month basis. Housing rates in secondary and third-line cities surged as cities with top 10 growth rates included Changshu, Fuzhou, Liuzhou, Qinhuangdao, Jinhua, Anshan, Yangzhou, Urumchi, Baoji and Hengshui with rates hovered at 2.6-4.1%.
