Asian Metal visits Liangshan Tianma and Jining Maikerui

On 24th December, 2020, Mr. Carson Wang, the Sales Director, and Mr. Eric Qiu, the Senior Manager & Senior Analyst of Asian Metal visited Liangshan Tianma New Materials Technology Co. and Jining Maikerui Rare Earth New Materials Co. and were warmly welcomed by these companies.

On the morning of 24th December, Carson Wang and Eric Qiu visited Liangshan Tianma New Materials Technology Co. and had a tour of the company's whole process of pre-treatment of NdFeB magnet waste, extraction, precipitation and calcinations. Then Carson Wang and Eric Qiu had a pleasant communication with Mr. Ping Lin, the President of the company. Mr. Lin noted that the company refers to AM prices as the guidance for their purchases and sales now and would attend the 12th International Rare Earth Summit to be held in Hangzhou during 27-28th May of 2021.

In the afternoon, Carson Wang and Eric Qiu visited Jining Maikerui Rare Earth New Materials Co., which produces different species of rare earth salts. Mr. Hongde Dong, the General Manager of the company, extended his warm welcome to Carson Wang and Eric Qiu and led them to visit the production and inventory workshops. After that, Mr. Dong noted that he totally sold more than 1,000t of rare earth salts in 2020, almost unchanged compared with the sales volumes of 2019. The company is planning to build a new production line for rare earth compound powder with an annual production capacity of 300t. Mr. Dong disclosed that he holds a positive attitude towards the rare earth salts application in catalyst industry despite the competitive market at the moment. He looks forward to keeping close contact and in-depth cooperation with Asian Metal.
