    CCOEC visits Asia Metal

On the morning of August 18, 2020, Isabelle Jiang, the business manager of China National Corporation for Overseas Economic Cooperation (hereinafter referred to as CCOEC), visited Asia Metal and had in-depth discussions with Maggie Lee, senior analyst for tantalum and niobium market, and Lynn Li, nickel market analyst about the future market of China and global ferroniobium and nickel markets.
First, the two sides discussed the current and future market of ferroniobium and agreed that COVID-19 in 2020 damaged both the global supply and demand, but it also brings opportunities. Then, the two sides exchanged the current domestic electrolytic nickel production and supply situation, detailed inquiries about electrolytic nickel import brands and the current demand situation in the Chinese market. Later, the two sides communicate about the current situation of purchasing electrolytic nickel in steel mills and the comparison of the price and quality of electrolytic nickel in domestic and foreign markets.
Founded in 1965 with the approval of the State Council, CCOEC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China General Technology (Group) Holding Company, and one of the national key comprehensive enterprises engaging in the earliest international economic cooperation business in China. As a long-term member of Asian Metal, the company speaks highly of the professional consulting services provided by Asian Metal and expects to develop new business through the platform.
