Asian Metal visits Xing'an Chemicals
On November 28, Mr. Friday Gao, Senior Product Manager & Consultant of Asian Metal visited Xiaoyi Xing'an Chemicals Co., Ltd., a major alumina producer with annual production capacity of 3 million tonnes.
Mr. Gao had a meeting with Mr. Guanghui Lv, Vice General Manager of the company. Mr. Gao introduced the current global bauxite market and analyzed the supply in 2019.
Mr. Lv disclosed that they imported around 200,000t of bauxite in 2018 for test production but he is not sure if they will increase the import volume next year. He hopes to get more bauxite information from Asian Metal.
