Anda Energy Technology and BYD sign LiFePO4 supply strategic cooperation agreement

Recently, Anda Energy Technology and BYD Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. signed the strategic cooperation agreement regarding LiFePO4 supply, down payment and other issues.
As agreed, Anda Energy Technology will supply BYD with the product (including basic quantity and reserved quantity) based on the principles of market fixed price and lowest price not higher than that of the same type of product selling to any other customers in a long-term and steady manner, while BYD will release the down payment of RMB200 million (USD30.73 million) with a fixed purpose to Anda Energy Technology according to the agreement, which would be returned by deducting from payment or paying in cash. If Anda Energy Technology fails to supply BYD with agreed quantity, BYD has the right to require Anda Energy Technology to assume liability for breach in accordance with the agreement.
