Jiujiang Tinci signs long-term supply agreement with EVE Energy

Tinci Materials announced on November 5 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiujiang Tinci High-tech Materials Co., Ltd., recently signed a "Long-term Supply Agreement" with Huizhou EVE Energy Co., Ltd.
Under the agreement, Jiujiang Tinci has committed to supplying an estimated 450,000 tonnes of electrolyte products to EVE Energy from 2027 to 2029. Specific purchase volumes, unit prices, and quality standards will be subject to mutually confirmed documents such as purchase orders and quality agreements.
The contract is valid from the effective date of the agreement until December 31, 2029.
