    Under the agreement, provided that product pricing remains competitive and delivery timelines, quality and technical specifications meet requirements, Nanjing Liyuan and its affiliated production entities will sell a total of 378,600 to 567,800 tonnes of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials to Jiyao Tongxing between 2026 and 2030.
