Fulin Precision terminates LFP project cooperation with Deyang Chuanfa

Fulin Precision Co., Ltd. announced on August 24 that its board of directors approved a proposal to terminate the investment cooperation with Deyang Chuanfa Lomon New Material Co., Ltd. for the 175,000tpy lithium iron phosphate (LFP) project located in the Deyang Aba Eco economic Industrial Park in Mianzhu City, and to sign a termination agreement.
Since the original agreement was signed, the joint venture company had not yet been established, and the cooperation faced challenges in implementation pathways, resource allocation, and decision making efficiency that made it difficult to meet the project's need for rapid advancement. Following mutual consultation, both parties agreed to terminate the partnership.
Fulin Precision's controlling subsidiary, Jiangxi Shenghua New Materials Co., Ltd., will take over and accelerate the full subsequent construction of the project.
