Zhongke Magnetic Industry announced its intention to publicly issue convertible corporate bonds, targeting unspecified investors, with total proceeds not exceeding RMB609 million (USD 90.28 million).
After deducting issuance expenses, the funds will be allocated to an intelligent manufacturing and industrialization project for high-performance rare-earth permanent magnet components used in thermal management systems and robotics, as well as to supplement working capital.
