The United Arab Emirates has introduced a temporary ban on the export and re-export of ferrous scrap and waste paper, effective from June 10 through October 8, 2026. The measure, enacted under Ministerial Resolution No. 13 of 2026, is aimed at safeguarding raw material supply for domestic industries.
