China adds 10 U.S. entities to export control list

China's Ministry of Commerce announced on June 22 that it has added 10 U.S. entities, including Aveox, Inc., to its export control list, and imposed the following restrictions:
1. Export operators are prohibited from exporting dual use items to the listed entities. Organizations and individuals from any country or region are also prohibited from transferring or supplying dual use items originating in China to these entities. Any ongoing export activities involving these entities must be immediately halted.
2. In exceptional circumstances where an export is deemed necessary, the export operator must submit a separate application to the Ministry of Commerce for approval.
This measure takes effect as of the date of this announcement.
The ten entities on the export control list are Aveox, Inc., Red Cat Holdings, Inc., Red Cat Holdings, Inc., IMSAR, LLC, Jaia Robotics, Inc., Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp., Oshkosh Defense, LLC, L3Harris Maritime Services, Inc., MP Materials Corp. and USA Rare Earth, Inc.
