Tinci Materials to boost electrolyte supply to Cornex

Jiujiang Tinci Materials Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology Co., Ltd., has signed a supplementary agreement with Cornex New Energy Co., Ltd. on the basis of their existing cooperation deal. Per the addendum, Xiangyang Cornex New Energy Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. is added as an additional purchasing entity. The contracted minimum supply volume of electrolyte products is lifted from no less than 550,000 tonnes to no less than 1.01 million tonnes, with the contract remaining in force until December 31, 2030.
Full execution of the updated contract will push Tinci Materials' total shipment to Cornex up by over 80% versus the original agreed quota by end-2030.
