Guangdong unveils standard for rare earth ore evaluation

On May 12, the Guangdong Association for Standardization issued a group standard entitled Technical Specification for Survey and Evaluation of Ion-adsorption Type Rare Earth Ores. It will serve as a technical guideline for relevant work, helping Guangdong province discover exploitable ion-adsorption rare earth deposits more efficiently and accurately.
The standard consists of 20 chapters and 15 appendices, covering all technical procedures for the survey and evaluation of such rare earth ores.
