Easpring to partner with Yuntianhua on integrated LFP project

On April 15, Beijing Easpring Material Technology Co., Ltd. signed equity transfer agreements with Zhejiang Youshan New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd., agreeing to acquire a 51% stake in Yunnan Youtian New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. for RMB36 million (USD5.27 million) and a 49% stake in Yunnan Youjuneng New Materials Co., Ltd. for RMB109 million (USD15.97 million). The total investment of approximately RMB145 million (USD21.24 million) will be funded by the company's own or self-raised capital. The transaction is intended to accelerate Easpring's strategic expansion into the integrated LFP materials value chain.
Upon completion, Easpring will cooperate with Yuntianhua to jointly develop an integrated LFP project, which includes a 150,000-tonne-per-annum lithium iron phosphate production line, a 200,000-tonne-per-annum high-performance iron phosphate battery precursor materials project, as well as supporting wastewater treatment and pipeline transportation facilities.
Upon completion, Easpring will cooperate with Yuntianhua to jointly develop an integrated LFP project, which includes a 150,000-tonne-per-annum lithium iron phosphate production line, a 200,000-tonne-per-annum high-performance iron phosphate battery precursor materials project, as well as supporting wastewater treatment and pipeline transportation facilities.
