Tonze posts strong growth in LiPF6 business on new energy boom

Tonze New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. reported strong financial results for 2025, with total operating revenue reaching RMB2.96 billion (USD435 million), up 43.28% year-on-year.
Driven by rapid growth in the energy storage and new energy vehicle sectors, the company's lithium hexafluorophosphate (LiPF6) business recorded significant expansion, underpinning steady overall performance growth.
Annual LiPF6 production reached 39,600 tonnes, up 57.96% YoY, while sales totaled 40,100 tonnes, an increase of 55.84%.
As of the end of 2025, Tonze had established total LiPF6 production capacity of 37,000 tonnes per annum, ranking among the top three in the industry. This includes 12,000tpa from wholly-owned subsidiary Xintai Materials, 10,000tpa from controlled-subsidiary Taiji Materials, and 15,000tpa from controlled-subsidiary Tairui Lianteng. An additional 15,000tpa capacity is currently under construction at Tairui Lianteng and is expected to come online within 2026.
