Ganfeng Lithium Group Co., Ltd. reported operating revenue of RMB23.08 billion (USD3.35 billion) in 2025, up 22.08% year-on-year, with its lithium chemicals segment contributing approximately 56% of total revenue.
During the year, the company produced 182,400 tonnes of lithium chemical products (on an LCE basis), marking a 40.05% YoY increase, while sales rose 42.47% YoY to 184,800 tonnes of LCE.
Upstream, the Cauchari-Olaroz project produced 34,100 tonnes of lithium carbonate in 2025, with output expected to reach 35,000-40,000 tonnes in 2026. Phase II of Cauchari-Olaroz is planned to add annual LCE capacity of 45,000 tonnes. The Mariana project has commenced production and is ramping up toward its 20,000tpa lithium chloride capacity.
The Goulamina project in Mali produced 336,600 tonnes of spodumene concentrate in its first year, with most of the output shipped to China, while a 2-million-tonne-per-annum lithium project in Sierra Leone remains under construction and is expected to come online next year.
At the Mount Marion project, beneficiation upgrades, including flotation circuits, are planned to lift capacity to 600,000 tonnes of 6% Li2O concentrate.
Downstream, the company's 50,000tpa lithium salt project in Sichuan has completed commissioning and is ramping up, with lithium carbonate operating at full capacity. Meanwhile, the 1,000tpa lithium metal project in Qinghai (Phase I) is in trial production and progressing toward stable operations.
