Xinjiang Blue Diamond Lithium Energy Technology Co., Ltd. has released the first environmental impact assessment for its new lithium salt production project to be build in Tuokexun County.
With a total planned investment of RMB2.55 billion (USD369 million), the project would produce 35,000 tonnes of battery-grade lithium carbonate and 935 tonnes of anhydrous lithium chloride annually, supported by material preparation, pyrometallurgical, leaching and electrolysis, and production facilities.
