Jinmeng Rare Earth, a subsidiary of China Northern Rare Earth (Group) High-Tech Co., Ltd., has started trial production at its automated NdFeB (neodymium-iron-boron) waste recycling facility. Once fully operational, the line will process 16,000 tonnes of NdFeB waste per year, producing approximately 4,000 tonnes of rare earth oxides. The project fills a gap in Inner Mongolia's rare earth waste processing sector and helps promote efficient recycling of China's rare earth resources.
In addition, the company's 3,000-tonne-per-year rare earth concentrate separation line was upgraded to full automation in June 2025 and has now reached its designed capacity.
