Northern Rare Earth Q1-Q3 production and sales hit new highs

China Northern Rare Earth (Group) High-Tech Co., Ltd. achieved year-on-year growth in production and sales of rare earth smelting and separation products, rare earth metals, and rare earth functional materials for the first three quarters of 2025, all reaching record highs for the same period, according to its latest quarterly report.
From January to September, the company produced around 22,100t of rare earth oxides, up by 93.45%, 109,779t of rare earth salts, up by 3.7%, 36,305t of rare earth metals, up by 26.67%, 54,315t of magnetic materials, up by 20.92%, 24,646t of polishing materials, up by 27.54%, and 1,500t of hydrogen storage materials, down by 5.24%, all on a year on year basis.
Sales for the period included 29,999t of rare earth oxides, up by 21.2%, 116,847t of rare earth salts, up by 71.07%, 34,164t of rare earth metals, up by 23.5%, 54,300t of magnetic materials, up by 21.53%, 24,101t of polishing materials, up by 22.5%, and 1,514t of hydrogen storage materials, down by 1.86%.
