Qinghai Yanhu Industry Co., Ltd. announced that construction of its 40,000-tonne-per-year lithium salt project is now largely complete, with key facilities in trial operations.
The project's lithium adsorption unit already produced qualified lithium solution, the nanofiltration and reverse osmosis system is now fully installed and operational, and the lithium precipitation and auxiliary systems have undergone single-unit testing. With trial production now fully underway, qualified battery-grade lithium carbonate is rolling off the production line.
The project will expand the company's lithium salt production capacity, strengthen market competitiveness, boost profitability and risk resilience, and provide strong support for the sustainable development of its ecological salt lake operations.
