Yahua Group consolidates lithium business

On June 17, Sichuan Yahua Industrial Group Co., Ltd. approved a plan to consolidate its lithium operations. Its wholly owned subsidiary, Sichuan Yahua Lithium Technology Co., Ltd., will be renamed Yahua Lithium Group and serve as the central platform. Equity in five lithium-focused subsidiaries, namely Yahua Lithium (Yaan) Co., Ltd., Ganzi Guangsheng Mining Co., Ltd., Sichuan State Lithium Materials Co., Ltd., Sichuan Pude Technology Group Co., Ltd., and Sichuan Nengtou Lithium Co., Ltd., will be transferred to the new entity at no cost.
The move aims to expand Yahua's lithium business, boost efficiency, reduce internal costs, and accelerate high-quality growth by unifying exploration, mining, production, and procurement under one platform.
