Tinci Materials to build electrolyte production base in Morocco

Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and its wholly owned sub-subsidiary, Tinci Materials Jorf Lasfar SAS (the "Project Company"), have signed an investment agreement with the Kingdom of Morocco. Under the agreement, the Project Company plans to build an integrated production base in Morocco for battery electrolyte and key raw materials, with an annual capacity of 150,000 tonnes.
The total investment is estimated at MAD2.58 billion (approximately USD280 million). The Project Company has committed to bringing the facility into operation within five years from the effective date of the agreement.
