Fengyuan Lithium Energy signs LFP supply agreement with BYD Battery

Shandong Fengyuan Lithium Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Fengyuan Chemical Co., Ltd., recently signed a framework agreement for cooperation on lithium iron phosphate (LFP) with Huizhou BYD Battery Co., Ltd.
The two parties will establish a strategic partnership for the procurement and joint development of LFP cathode materials from 2025 to 2028. Through deep collaboration, the companies aim to share resources, complement each other's strengths, and jointly accelerate growth in the field of new energy materials.
Under the agreement, from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2028, Fengyuan Lithium Energy will supply LFP cathode materials to BYD Battery. BYD Battery has committed to prioritizing Fengyuan's products under equivalent commercial terms and will allocate a certain share of its procurement to Fengyuan. In return, Fengyuan Lithium Energy will ensure stable execution of the supply, optimize production scheduling, and maintain consistent delivery of high-quality products.
