Yichun Shengyuan receives mining license for lithium-containing deposit

Yichun Shengyuan Lithium Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Canmax Technologies Co., Ltd., has recently obtained a mining license for lithium-containing ceramic clay in the Jinzifeng-Zuojiali Lithium-Bearing Ceramic Clay Deposit in Jiangxi.
Issued by Yichun Natural Resources Bureau, the license allows for an annual production capacity of 9 million tonnes and is valid until March 6, 2048.
This acquisition strengthens Canmax's lithium resource reserves and ensures a stable supply for the company's operations.
On November 28, 2024, Yichun Shengyuan secured the mining right for this deposit for approximately 2.51 billion yuan (346 million US dollars).
