Aide Rare Earth Refractory has started trial production at its lanthanum-cerium new materials project with an annual production capacity of 120,000 tonnes in Baotou.
Located at Baotou Rare Earth Hi-Tech Zone, the project covers a land area of 68.43Mu (4.56 hectares) and mainly develops and produces rare earth refractories, including rare earth composite high thermal conductivity injection mix, rare earth composite heat insulating injection mix and so on which are widely used in high-temperature kilns and furnaces for industry such as iron and steel, ceramic, rare earth, petrochemical, electric power, metal processing, etc. The total investment for the project is estimated at RMB120 million (USD16.5 million).
