Yahua International signs five-year spodumene purchase agreement

On March 12, Yahua International Investment and Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sichuan Yahua Industrial Group Co.,Ltd., entered into an agreement to purchase spodumene concentrate from Electramin DMCC from 2024 to 2028.
Under the five year agreement, DMCC will supply the first batch of no less than 15,000 tonnes of spodumene concentrate to Yahua International in 2024, with shipment scheduled in the fourth quarter, and from 2025 to 2028, DMCC will supply no less than 125,000 tonnes per annum of spodumene concentrate to Yahua International at agreed prices.
