Shengwei Zhiyuan signs three-year spodumene concentrate offtake agreement

Shengwei Zhiyuan International Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Chengxin Lithium Group Co., Ltd., has entered into a three-year spodumene concentrate offtake agreement with Pilgangoora Operations Pty Ltd., a subsidiary 100% owned by Australian lithium miner Pilbara Minerals Ltd.
Under the agreement, Pilgangoora will supply 85,000 tonnes, 150,000 tonnes and 150,000 tonnes of spodumene concentrate to Shengwei Zhiyuan in 2024, 2025 and 2026 respectively, at prices agreed by both parties.
