Ganfeng Lithium partners with Anda Technology on LFP project

China's Ganfeng Lithium has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Guizhou Anda Energy Technology Co., Ltd. to set up a joint venture for developing lithium iron phosphate cathode material project with an annual production capacity of 20,000t.
The joint venture, with a registered capital of RMB50 million (USD6.84 million), will be 40% owned by Ganfeng Lithium and 60% owned by Anda Technology.
Upon completion of the project, the two sides will give priority to raw material supply to the joint venture and the sales of products based on market prices or agreed prices and proportion.
