CNGR announces joint investment to build battery materials base in Morocco

On September 19, CNGR Advanced Material Co., Ltd. and its wholly-owned subsidiary CNGR Morocco New Energy Technology got approval to sign a joint investment agreement with AL MADA and Next Generation Industries (NGI) and their joint venture CNGR NEWTECH MOROCCO to build a new energy materials industrial base in Morocco. All parties agreed to set up a joint venture, 50.03% owned by CNGR Morocco New Energy Technology and 49.97% owned by NGI, in Casablanca to develop the project capable of producing 120,000t of NCM precursors and 60,000t of LFP and processing 30,000t of black mass annually.
