Binzhou Jiuhuan's 400ktpa iron phosphate project breaks ground

The phase one of the 400,000tpa iron phosphate project developed by Binzhou Jiuhuan Xinyue New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. broke ground on August 16, marking the start of construction of China's first green and low-temperature LFP precursor production line.
With total investment estimated at RMB3 billion (USD410 million) and a land area of 168Mu (11.2 hectares), the project produces high-performance and eco-friendly iron phosphate mainly used for producing LFP and LMFP, which are key raw materials for NEV batteries. Upon completion, the project is expected to generate annual production value of RMB5.2 billion (USD711 million) and tax revenue of RMB1.7 billion (USD232 million).
