200ktpy LMFP project breaks ground in Yancheng, Jiangsu

On June 25, a groundbreaking ceremony for a number of projects was held in Xiangshui, Yancheng, Jiangsu. The 200,000tpy LMFP cathode material project invested and developed by Qingdao Qianyun High-tech New Materials Co., Ltd. broke ground on that day and will be built in two phases with total investmet of RMB5 billion (USD693 million).
The first phase of the project, with a land area of 180Mu (12 hectares) and investment of RMB2.5 billion (USD346 million), will add 22 production lines with total capacity of 100,000tpy of LMFP. When the phase one becomes operational, it is expected to achieve annual sales of over RMB10 billion (USD1.39 billion) and create more than 100 jobs.
