Tinci Materials has announced plans to set up a management unit in Morocco through its wholly-owned subsidiary Tinci Singapore, and the Morocco-based management unit will then set up its 100% owned entity company engaged in the production and sales of lithium battery cathode material. Total investment is no more than USD280 million and comes from its own funds
Tinci Materials said that setting up a subsidiary in Morocco which holds rich phosphate-rock reserves will help the company to advance its lithium battery cathode material project, so as to provide better service and gain access to the European market.
