Canmax Technologies extends lithium projects with RMB1 billion

Canmax Technologies announced on May 23 that the company signed an agreement of intention with Suzhou Tianhua Energy to further extend overseas lithium resource projects and confirmed their preliminary intention on buying 60% of Suzhou Tianhua Energy. The acquisition price is expected to be more than RMB1 billion (USD142 million).
By the end of 2023, the company will form consolidated production capacity of 135,000t of battery-grade lithium hydroxide and 30,000t of battery-grade lithium carbonate per annum.
