Zongshen Power to acquire 60% shares of Dongguan Lithium Smart at RMB324 million

Zongshen Power announced on May 24th that it expects to acquire 60% shares of Dongguan Lithium Smart Energy Co., Ltd. at RMB324 million (USD45.83 million). Dongguan Lithium Smart Energy will become a holding subsidiary of Zongshen Power after the deal is concluded.
As a professional developer and manufacturer of lithium-ion charging batteries and power systems, Dongguan Lithium Smart focuses on the application of lithium-ion batteries, LFP batteries and LTO batteries and could supply technical support for customers worldwide.
Zongshen Power will further improve its business layout in household energy-storage, industrial and commercial energy-storage areas and boost the development of its energy-storage business through this deal.
