EVE Energy announced on May 12th that its wholly-owned sub-subsidiary, EVE Malaysia, signed a memorandum of understanding with PKL (PEMAJUKELANGLAMASDN.BHD.) to purchase land from the latter to build a lithium battery manufacturing plant in Malaysia.
According to previous disclosure of EVE Energy, its sub-subsidiary will invest in no more than USD422 million to build a cylindrical lithium battery manufacturing project in Malaysia.
