On April 9, Hanjiang Group Aluminum Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the 70,000tpy new energy battery aluminum foil blank project. After the project reaches design capacity, it will form an annual production capacity of 70,000t of new energy battery aluminum foil blank, and can generate operating revenue of 2.08 billion yuan (302 million US dollars), profit and tax of 140 million yuan (20.33 million US dollars), and annual tax increase of more than 30 million yuan (4.4 million US dollars). The products are mainly used in power lithium batteries, consumer lithium batteries, and energy storage lithium batteries.
