CPCA: China's passenger car retail sales up by 9% YOY in Feb

According to the preliminary statistics of China Passenger Car Association (CPCA), China's passenger car market achieved retail sales of 1.364 million vehicles in February, up by 9% year-on-year and 6% month-on-month. Since the beginning of this year, China has retailed 2.657 million vehicles, a decrease of 21% from the same period last year.
Base on preliminary statistics, new energy passenger market realized retail sales of 438,000 vehicles in February, an increase of 59% YOY and 32% MOM. China has retailed 770,000 vehicles so far this year, up by 23% against the corresponding period last year.
