NIMTE approved of setting up Magnetic Material Industry Intellectual Property Operation Center

Recently, China National Intellectual Property Administration approved of the application by Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering (NIMTE), a research institute affiliated to the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), for setting up the Magnetic Material Industry Intellectual Property Operation Center (the Center). This is the first national intellectual property operation center in the Chinese magnetic material industry and also is the first national intellectual property operation center in Ningbo.
Focusing upon intellectual properties in development and application processes of magnetic materials, the Center will work closely with innovation and industrial chains around the country to advance operation on intellectual properties so as to make contribution to high-quality development of the magnetic material industry.
Magnetic material industry, one of Ningbo-featured industries, boasts a rare earth magnetic material output accounting for 40% of the national total.
